Malfunction Analysis and Fixing

Malfunction	Cause	Fixing method

3. พารามิเตอร์ทางเทคนิคและวัตถุประสงค์
1. ฟิล์มที่มีจุดเครื่องหมาย
วัสดุบรรจุต้องมีจุดสีเข้มหรือจาง (กว้าง ≥ 5 มม., ยาว ≥ 10 มม.) โดยสามารถพิมพ์ข้อความ, สัญลักษณ์ หรือรูปภาพลงบนจุดได้

2. วัตถุประสงค์
เครื่องนี้สามารถใช้บรรจุวัสดุได้หลายประเภท เช่น เมล็ด, ผง, ของเหลว, เม็ดยา ฯลฯ
4. การติดตั้งและปรับตั้ง
1. การติดตั้ง
เปิดกล่อง นำสลักที่ระบุไว้ออก จะเจอขาตั้ง 4 ชิ้นสำหรับยกเครื่องไปยังจุดใช้งาน

ตรวจสอบว่าเครื่องไม่ได้รับความเสียหาย และสกรูต่าง ๆ ไม่หลวม

หมุนพูลเลย์ด้วยมือให้แกนหมุนหมุนจากซ้ายไปขวา ตรวจดูว่ามีการติดขัดหรือไม่

ใช้ไฟบ้าน 220V 50Hz และต้องมีการต่อสายดิน

ใส่น้ำมันหล่อลื่นที่จุดเคลื่อนไหวและจุดจับเพื่อการทำงานที่ราบรื่น

2. การปรับตั้ง
เครื่องได้มีการปรับตั้งจากโรงงานแล้วโดยทั่วไปไม่ต้องปรับเพิ่ม ยกเว้น:

การให้ความร้อน: เปิดสวิตช์ควบคุมอุณหภูมิ และตั้งอุณหภูมิตามความหนาของวัสดุ

การติดตั้งฟิล์ม: ใช้ฟิล์มที่ตรงกับขนาดของตัวขึ้นรูป เดินฟิล์มตามภาพที่ 3

การตั้งความยาวถุง: ตั้งความยาวตามต้องการ หากใช้ฟิล์มพิมพ์สีจะตั้งอัตโนมัติ

การตั้งค่าความไวตาไฟฟ้า: ใส่ปลายฟิล์มที่มีเครื่องหมายเข้าเซ็นเซอร์ ปรับให้ไฟตาไฟฟ้าดับเมื่อพบจุดสี

การปรับตำแหน่งตัดถุง: หากตำแหน่งตัดไม่ตรง ให้ขยับเซ็นเซอร์ไปหน้า/หลัง

ทำความสะอาดส่วนจ่ายวัสดุและส่วนซีล

หมุนคันโยกจ่ายวัสดุไปที่ "Fill" และสังเกตว่าเวลาการให้วัสดุและการซีลต้องตรงกัน หากคลาดเคลื่อนให้ปรับตามคู่มือโดยใช้เฟืองและแผ่นหมุน

5. การใช้งานและการบำรุงรักษา
การใช้งาน
เปิดสวิตช์หลัก กด “ON” เพื่อเข้าสู่โหมดพร้อมใช้งาน

หยอดน้ำมันที่ชุดเคลื่อนไหว Wang Feng

เริ่มเครื่อง แล้วทดลองแพ็คถุงเปล่า ตรวจสอบคุณภาพการซีล

เปิดระบบสั่น และกด "Start" แล้วหมุนคันโยกจ่ายวัสดุไปที่ "Close" เพื่อเริ่มกระบวนการอัตโนมัติทั้งหมด

ระบบจ่ายวัสดุมีเซ็นเซอร์ตรวจจับปริมาณวัสดุ (ปกติใช้สำหรับ 4 ถ้วย)

หากต้องการหยุดเครื่อง หมุนคันโยกจ่ายวัสดุไปที่ “Open” และกด “Stop” หรือกด "Quick Stop" ในกรณีฉุกเฉิน

หลังปิดเครื่อง หากใบมีดติดกัน ให้แยกออกและเก็บไว้ตำแหน่งแยกกัน

การบำรุงรักษา
หลังใช้งาน ตัดไฟและทำความสะอาดตัวเครื่อง, ตัวขึ้นรูป, ถ้วยตวง ควรล้างทุกวัน

เติมน้ำมันหล่อลื่นที่ชิ้นส่วนภายในเป็นประจำ เช่น เฟือง, แคม และจุดจับ Wang Feng

เติมน้ำมันในตัวลดเกียร์หลังใช้งาน 200 ชั่วโมง และทุก 3,000 ชั่วโมงหลังจากนั้น

ใบมีด Wang Feng และใบมีดตัดอื่น ๆ ต้องสะอาด เพื่อให้รอยตัดเรียบร้อย

ตรวจสอบสายไฟระหว่างชิ้นส่วนเคลื่อนไหวว่าแน่นหรือไม่
